Certified de Bono Trainers must recertify in each course every 2 years. You must also own the most recent version of the instructor notes.

Edward de Bono Trainer Recertification Option 2

Attend a de Bono Public Course delivered by a Master Trainer.

You'll be responsible for presenting a segment of the course to demonstrate your understanding and mastery, and after the seminar, you will receive feedback from the Master Trainer. The Master Trainer will confirm your eligibility to become recertified. If the public event is a Certification, you are not required to stay for the presentations portion of the course. You are responsible for your own travel, meals, and must bring your own course manual with you. You will not be charged a seminar registration fee.  If you are rusty, this is THE BEST WAY to brush up.

Edward de Bono Trainer Recertification Option 3 

Videotape a segment where you are presenting a live training course and then arrange for a Master Trainer to critique your delivery during a one-hour phone interview.

The segment must show you teaching a segment of the course and setting up an exercise and handling feedback from participants.

Recertification Price: $150 (additional fees may apply)

Edward de Bono Trainer Recertification Option 4

Arrange to participate in a telephone interview with a Master Trainer, who will ask you questions to test your knowledge of the tools.

The Master Trainer will ask questions about the course content, application of the tools, and reinforcement to sustain the momentum from the initial training.

Edward de Bono Trainer Recertification Option 5

Write a case study about how the de Bono Thinking Systems have made a positive impact / improved ROI at your organization.

The case study is subject to approval, and de Bono Consulting has the right to edit for readability, tone, grammar, and content.
